John is a real local lad, having been born and bred in Berkshire, but is now living just over the border in Wiltshire.   Married with 4 children and 8 grandchildren he’s also foster parent to 2 horses and 3 dogs.   He started singing at the tender age of 8 as a chorister in Windsor Castle and then, after five years, with slightly less concentration, for the rest of his life.   Main hobby, apart from singing and looking after the animals, is architectural modelling.
